About Omiganan
Omiganan is an analogue of the cationic antimicrobial peptide indolicidin, consisting of 12 amino acids, and was originally purified from the cytoplasmic granules of bovine neutrophils. As an analogue of indole, Omiganan has inhibitory effects on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as Candida. Omiganan can be used in the treatment of alcohol nose and acne.
