[ Aobut Curcumin ] 
  water- soluble curcumin is extracted from the root of Curcuma longa as raw material. It is a natural food pigment by the process of solvent extracting, concentrating, refining and drying. 
[ Characteristics ]
  The appearance of curcumin is yellowish to orange red free flowing powder, has the characteristic odor-turmeric like, the active ingredient is curcumin. It can not dissolve in water and ether, easy to dissolve in ethanol, acetic acid and propylene glycol, completely soluble in acetone. The color shade of acidic solution is pale yellow, and reddish brown in alkaline condition. It has a good resistance to heat, but not to light. It has superior pigmentation ,especially for protein.

[ Application and Usage Reference ] 
  Curcumin can be widely used in carbonic acid drink, candy, wine, ice-cream, jelly. The usage reference is 0.01g/kg.
[  Package ]
  Plastic or paper container with inner plastic bags, net weight is 10kg, 20kg or 25kg. Different package standards are available according to consumer’s demand.
[ Storage ] 
  Sealed, avoid light, store in a cool & dry place.
[  Shelf Life ] 
  Two years from production date if the storage condition attains as mentioned above. Once opened, should seal up again and use within six months.
